delivery methods, timeframes, and charges.</p>

<h3>1. Delivery Areas</h3>
<p>We currently deliver to <strong>mainland United Kingdom</strong> only.Ā 
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, ChannelĀ 
Islands, or international destinations, please contact us on WhatsAppĀ 
(+44 7537 185173) for a custom shipping quote.</p>

<h3>2. Delivery Timeframes</h3>
<p><strong>Standard items (small parts, sensors, electronics):</strong><br>
1-2 working days after dispatch.</p>

<p><strong>Oversized items (doors, bumpers, engines, glass, gearboxes):</strong><br>
2-5 working days after dispatch via pallet delivery.</p>

<p>Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday) are typically dispatched theĀ 
same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays areĀ 
dispatched the next working day.</p>

<h3>3. Shipping Costs</h3>
<p>Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the itemĀ 
size, weight, and delivery location.</p>

<p><strong>Standard delivery:</strong> from £5.99<br>
<strong>Oversized delivery (pallet):</strong> from £35.00</p>

<p>Large parts such as doors, bumpers, engines, glass, and other bulky itemsĀ 
require pallet delivery which is significantly more expensive due to sizeĀ 
and weight. Exact shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.</p>

<h3>4. Couriers</h3>
<p>We use trusted UK couriers depending on item size:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Royal Mail</strong> — small parts and packages</li>
<li><strong>DPD</strong> — medium-sized items</li>
<li><strong>Parcelforce</strong> — heavier items</li>
<li><strong>Pallet Networks</strong> — oversized parts (doors, engines, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<h3>5. Tracking</h3>
<p>Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation emailĀ 
with tracking information. You can track your delivery through the courier'sĀ 
website.</p>

<h3>6. Local Collection</h3>
<p>Local collection from our warehouse in Aylesbury is available and free ofĀ 
charge. Please arrange collection in advance via WhatsApp or email.</p>

<h3>7. Delivery Attempts</h3>
<p>Couriers will typically attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery cannotĀ 
be completed, the parcel may be returned to the local depot for collection orĀ 
returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.</p>

<h3>8. Damaged or Missing Parcels</h3>
<p>Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged:</p>
<ul>
<li>Photograph the packaging and damaged item</li>
<li>Contact us within 48 hours of delivery</li>
<li>Do not dispose of the packaging until the claim is resolved</li>
</ul>

<p>If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contactĀ 
us and we will investigate with the courier.</p>

<h3>9. Incorrect Address</h3>
<p>Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are notĀ 
responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.Ā 
Re-shipping to the correct address will be charged at the standard delivery rate.</p>

<h3>10. Delays</h3>
<p>While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur dueĀ 
to circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier issues, public holidays).Ā 
We are not liable for such delays but will assist in resolving any issues whereĀ 
possible.</p>
