<p>All parts sold on this website are genuine used (second-hand) parts sourced
from real donor vehicles. Parts are inspected and tested where possible before
being listed for sale. Product photos represent the actual item you will receive.</p>
<p>Descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes. While we make
every effort to display parts accurately, minor cosmetic variations may exist due
to the used nature of the products.</p>
<h3>3. Orders and Payment</h3>
<p>By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:</p>

<li>You are at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>The information provided is accurate and complete</li>
<li>You have verified the part suitability for your vehicle (we recommend using
our YMM search or contacting us via WhatsApp before purchase)</li>

<p>All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
We do not store your card details.</p>
<p>We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including
in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.</p>
<h3>4. Pricing</h3>
<p>All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and delivery location.</p>
<h3>5. Delivery</h3>
<p>We deliver across mainland UK within 1-2 working days for standard items.
Large or oversized parts (doors, bumpers, engines, glass) require pallet delivery
which may take longer and incur additional shipping charges.</p>
<p>Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for
delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.</p>
<h3>6. Returns and Refunds</h3>
<p>You have the right to return any item within <strong>30 days</strong> of
delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the part is unused and in its
original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.</p>

<h3>7. Warranty</h3>
<p>All parts come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty
covers manufacturing defects and functional failures not caused by improper

<p>While we provide detailed vehicle compatibility information (Year, Make, Model,
Fuel, Transmission), it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the part is
suitable for their specific vehicle. If in doubt, please provide your VIN before
ordering and we will verify compatibility.</p>

<p>All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is
the property of Autodonor Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by
copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.</p>

any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our
products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the
